Bojimbles offers the following Returns Policy:

100% Satisfaction Guarantee and Exchange Policy

I stand behind the products I sell and am proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Refunds or Store Credit. No questions asked. Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY upon receipt. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 5 business days of delivery date. Please keep in mind, "personalized" merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged unless I made a mistake transcribing "personalized" information from the order to the product.

Bojimbles will not reimburse return shipment costs.

If you need to exchange an item due to defects or damages please follow the instructions below:

1. Was the shipping container damaged? If so, you will need to keep the original shipping container for a possible claim to be made with the shipper.
2. Send an email to jimbowling@bojimbles.com explaining why you wish to return an item and to receive your RA# (return authorization number).
3. Place the RA# given on the outside of the box you are returning so it can be seen clearly.
4. Be sure the item you are returning for inspection is packaged properly, as Bojimbles is not responsible for further damages due to improper return packaging.
5. You are encouraged to ship your return via a trackable source, as Bojimbles cannot be responsible for merchandise lost in transit.


Shipping Information:
Bojimbles ships via Unites States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Bojimbles will ship to international destinations via USPS or UPS only. This is a costly service and may incur customs and/or duties based on the specific destination country. Bojimbles is not responsible for these fees or any other fees applied to international shipments. Bojimbles will provide tracking information on shipments sent via USPS or UPS only.

Most items typically ship within 5 to 10 business days depending on availability of in stock items and/or the lead time of the artist.  Some items may have a lead time of up to 6 weeks prior to shipping. If lead time is a concern, please check with me for current lead times on the specific items you are interested in before placing your order.

We offer personalized children's books by which you can personalize a product you order for another person.  Information you provide to us to create a personalized children's book is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive.  Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
You can register with our website if you would like to receive occasional promotional and informational emails on our new products.  Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers.  For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.  Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important.  For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information:
You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by logging in with your user ID and password and going to the "My Account" page.  We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.
You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.
