Q: How can I pay without a PayPal account? A: PayPal securely processes payments for Bojimbles, so you can pay through PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account. To pay with a debit or credit card: 1. Select the “Proceed to Checkout” button 2. Select PayPal as the payment method 3. Click on the “Continue Checkout” button. This will display the Invoice/Receipt page so you can verify your order 4. Click on the “Pay Now!” button. This will forward you to the PayPal "Choose a way to pay" page 5. If you don't have a PayPal account click on the link "Don' have a PayPal account" 6. Complete the “Pay with Bill Me Later, Debit or Credit Card” section 7. Click on the “Review and Continue button” 8. Click on the “Pay Now” button. (This is the step that actually charges your debit or credit card) 9. Click on the “Continue” button to return to the Bojimbles site Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Where do I specify personalization information? A: Please copy the personalization information required for each personalized item being purchased from the detailed description of the item and paste it along with the personalization information into the notes field of your PayPal payment or send it to jimbowling@bojimbles.com.
