Ultimate customer service, best place to order personalized books for children:

I was looking to get a fairly large quantity (about 30) of personalized kids books made to give away as back presents for my son's first birthday party. Since it was a large order, I got in touch with a couple of vendors to ensure competitive rates as well as premium quality.  Jim of Bojimbles.com was amongst one of them.  Since his website bojimbles.com looked more like a place to buy glass items, I was initially skeptical about whether he would be able to deliver quality books.  However, he offered competitive rates and I decided to go with him.  He provided amazing service from the start and took utmost care to understand my requirements. Within a day of my placing the order, he had all the books ready and shipped out.

My order comprised of two different types of books. Unfortunately, a small discrepancy took place, and one set of books delivered to me had covers different from what I had ordered.  The books were all done beautifully and the contents inside were all correct.  It was only the covers that were different.  When Jim learnt about this mistake, he duplicated my order free of cost to make up for the mistake, and had them shipped out to me the very day knowing that I had very little time before the party.  I told him that it was really not needed, besides the problem was with only about half the books.  However, Jim wanted me, as his client, to be 100 percent satisfied and went the extra mile to deliver complete satisfaction to me without bothering about the monetary cost he would bear because of that. I thank him for his amazing service!
